Charr question - Guild Wars Forums

I was in the Shing Jea Monastery earlier today and I saw a player run by me. But he was a Charr, how is that possible? I thought that the Charr were NPC only. Does someone know how he managed to play as a Charr?

lol, u should check out all the tonics on wiki ;-) some of em are very cool

who doesn't like flying around as a giant saltspray dragon eh? ;-)
